Sometimes I see pets and I am intrigued. This is one of them. Made by FRUTYLICIOUS (#10986) (Kira is one of those awesome users that usually puts the artist on the page thank you Kira), I really like how this was executed. The hood pattern reminds me of butterflies, and the horns are really well done and I think really make this pet unique. I love the colors and the way the hook cloaks the face. And really I can’t wait to post this because it looks like theres something white coming out of his mouth and my dark background will tell me what it is!

I feel like I could’ve chosen any pet out of Magnus’s lair. It’s filled with her beautiful edits. But I landed on the very last custom in the custom section. I just find this to be really creatively done. The colors and coloring is beyond gorgeous. I love her hair, what an interesting style and it goes so well with the fish fins. The ears are ridiculously clever and interesting to look at. And overall, this might be one of my favorite fishpets!

Oh my I want one. How cool is that markings and coloring? The tail looks like a broomstick, how genius is that!? And there’s a widdle spider on it ahhhh. And the stuffed cat is so unaffected by everything. Probably because it’s stuffed. Probably. The little paw up gets me every time. And those ear edits are probably one of my favorites on melos. I gotta find out if this is up for breeding because I am in love with this melo.

You know Cake from those threads bimonthly that reads “pick a pair, win a baby!”. I haven’t won yet but I am sure determined! And with a lair like Cake’s to choose from, it’s hard not to participate. I chose this pet out of her lair because 1- I’m not sure if I featured a bumble yet and 2- I really like it. Seriously what a cool concept. Mech pets are awesome but they need to be done right and this totally is. Also it made a really cool Luiri (ID- 4434172, it’s one of my favorite Luiri’s) with a pretty neat mech kernal. I hope this bumble makes more awesome hybrids! (A poofle, please a poofle one day lol)

This melo is fabulous. And she doesn’t even have a hair edit. I love the FEETSIES. And the planet thing, how psychedelic. But really what won me over were the little feets. And the glitter. I freakin love when it looks like pets have rolled in glitter.

When I first joined Aywas, this was one of my favorite Quetzals. And clearly I haven’t forgotten about her. Especially when I went digging through Kiara’s lair today and out of all her beautiful customs, chose this one to showcase. I may be biased though because, although I’m not particularly a quetzal fan, I love Atlantis- that animated disney movie. And this totally reminds me of that movie. The goggles and the glowey eyes and all the blue. Oh gosh I get so excited about Kia and Milo just typing about it. My favorite thing about this quetzal, though, is the way it’s colored. I love how it glows in the center and it’s honestly so amazing to me.

Ooo what a pretty melo lined and colored by Yoo and owned by Chibi Echo. You may know Chibi by the fatty corgi pictures in her signature. So cute. Anyway, I really like this melo. I mean, I like anything by Yoo, but I really love the concept of the moon strung up like that. It’s really cool, and really well done as well. The hairstyle goes really well with the theme and all the pearls make me happy. What a pretty melo!

This MissMally produced quetzal is AMAZING. I love the colors used and how the water flows from the back to the tail, and the bridge on the tail. The hair is elegant and I love that eye edit. The parents of this quetzal are both gen2s that look like gen1s because that’s how nicely their edits mesh. I recommend checking out everything related to this quetzal honestly. If I had a cutefamilystreeaywas, this whole strand would be on it.

This lepu looks painted! I am personally a huge peacock fan so of course those colors always catch my eye, but theres something different about this. The face markings with the white is really nice looking. I even love the inside of the ears, reminds me of the northern lights kind of. I love the little dapplings of color on the back and how the tail stands out, but isn’t the focal point for me. I could go on and on about how much I love this lepu! But I won’t because I wanted to queue a post quickly before getting to work.
